Slaughtering Operations NCII GLOBEX Courses Registered Programs

The Slaughtering Operations NC II Qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve in performing slaughtering floor operations from stunning of animals through splitting of the carcass.

Nominal Training Duration: 280 Hours

Course Description:
This course is designed to equip individuals with operational knowledge, skills and attitudes in slaughtering operations. It deals with all the processes involved in slaughtering cattle/ox and or hog/pig/swine.

A person who has achieved this Qualification is competent to be:
